Turn That PocketPC into a GSM/GPRS Phone (Cellular)

Chris Pirillo, the Lockergnome, has a post on a nifty piece of technology which allows you to make gsm calls from your pocket pc, or laptop. The device accepts a SIM card and plugs into your Compact Flash or PC Card (pcmcia) slot. The technology uses the GSM/GPRS network to make and receive calls directly (not VoIP through a data network).
