Wisconsin Teens Could Face Cellphone Ban (while driving)

, Wisconsin will put forth a bill restricting cell phone use for teen drivers.
Wisconsin is a start, but these laws are more urgently needed in urban and suburban locales where there are many more cars on the road; and as a result wiill have a bigger safety impact.
Nice job Wisconsin. Lets hope it passes and that the law is written properly.
