In NYC, police are busy confiscating cell phones from students. This behavior is much different than what is going on in Florida where the Florida's Attorney General and The Century Foundation plan to use SMS messaging to curb underage drinking and driving on prom night.

Having trouble tracking down a premium shortcode provider which has been appearing on your cell phone bill? I stumbled across Shortcode.info today.
Unfortunately the only listings with real company info are paid listings. At the very least users can get a company name associated with the shortcode.
