ATT Smart Limits Puts Parents In Control of Cell Billing and Usage; Angers Children

It looks like ATT has finally listened to parents’ call to be able to have more control over their Family Plans. Smart Limits is an optional feature priced at $4.99/month which allows parents to limit minutes, messaging, and access to premium content such as ringtones on a phone number by phone number basis.

Good for ATT, bad for Ringtone companies, bad for children.
