A new technology has been developed by a company called Powercast which will allow people to charge their mobile phones and other low voltage devices without wires.
Someday.
It may sound futuristic, but Powercast's platform uses nothing more complex than a radio--and is cheap enough for just about any company to incorporate ...

Gordon Gekko would love this -- the '80s Brick Cell Phone. It's an unlocked, GSM-compatible handset sporting as much 21 Century tech as it's missing. The phone doesn't have Bluetooth or USB connectivity, and wireless headsets and car chargers won't work with it, although would you really want it to? ...
